1. Refund and Replacement:

2Tang Tea serves refunds and product replacements purchased by its customers. Please note that upon receipt of the returned item, 2Tang Tea will fully inspect it and notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund/replacement. If you are entitled to a refund, 2Tang Tea will refund your purchase price and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. 2Tang within 15-20 working days depending on your bank procedure
 2. If you receive a damaged or defective item upon arrival:

2Tang Tea only considers the product for return or replacement which is defective or damaged. The product must be submitted for approval by the 2Tang Tea Service Center Team. 2Tang Tea reserves the right to correct/correct any errors or defects within 7 days. If there is an agreed deficiency and 2Tang Tea fails to correct it within that time from the date of the original complaint letter or other notice you provide, a full refund will be issued to the customer without any compensation or reimbursement. OR, at your option, a replacement product or equivalent product of equal or approximately equal value may
3. The product does not match the description:

the product must be reported to the Harman house Customer Service Department at the email or contact provided below, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Clear evidence must be provided to prove that the product purchased is not as described on the website. Complaints based solely on the customer's false expectations or wishes will not
4. Product not delivered :

Due to some delivery issues from your email provider or your own email server, you may not receive a Confirmation Text from 2Tang Tea's delivery department. In this case, 2Tang Tea recommends contacting its Customer Service department for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to 2Tang Tea's Customer Service department in writing within 7 days of the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered accepted.
5. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days. Every complaint
regarding defects beyond the 7 day period should be dealt with with the usual warranty support provided by the manufacturer.
