1. HOW DO I CHANGE THE PASSWORD FOR MY 2TANG ACCOUNT?

If you are logged into your account, simply go to Profile, which is located under My Account and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

2. I FORGET MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?

Select Login, which is located at the top right side of 2Tangtea.com, and click "Forgot Your Password"? 

3. WHERE MY ORDER?

You can check the status and details of your domestic orders by using our Order Status Form or by logging into your account. Please note that customized products will be shipped separately.

4. DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to edit your order. Please note, there is a short time (up to 1 hour) after order placement when your order can be cancelled. Simply navigate to the order history within your account, or visit the order status link here. We are unable to cancel an order after this window has passed. If you need to submit a return for a non-customized product, please visit our self-service returns portal here. Order processing will vary depending on the product purchased. For non-customized products, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized products, including college designs and ready-to-use, processing can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

5. DO I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION OR TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

6. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IF I ORDER CUSTOMIZED AND NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS?

Orders with customized and non-customized products will be shipped separately. Customized products have additional processing time and will be shipped upon completion.
